The Program Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating daily operations within an assigned program or department. This position provides leadership and support to staff, ensures services are delivered in alignment with agency expectations and goals, and maintains compliance with applicable agency, licensing, contractual, and regulatory requirements. The Program Supervisor assesses program needs, develops goals, promotes a cooperative working relationship across the agency, and provides guidance to assigned staff in their daily responsibilities.
