Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
Directs, coordinates and supervises the operation of the program, including all clinical services, program planning, monitoring and evaluation.
Familiarity with OASAS regulations and standards of care and experience with addiction treatment and substance youth disorder population required.
Represents the agency in the community with public and voluntary services agencies including outreach events and networking for partnerships.
Responsible for adherence to Federal, NYS and NYC laws, regulations and program standards
Holds ongoing staff meetings to include staff training, case presentations, high risk meetings, and group supervision
Provides supervision of staff as well as additional consultations on an as needed basis
Regular communication with psychiatrists, nurse, clinicians, and physicians responsible for the care of identified client
Complies with RUMC’s Policies and Procedures and New York State Mental Hygiene and other laws regarding patient care, clinical records, child abuse, HIPAA regulations, etc.Monitors productivity, record compliance, outreach policy and extensive treatment reviews.
Ongoing review that program documentation and program functions align with OASAS and DOHMH regulations and standards.
Other duties as assigned by management
Required experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient clinical setting for populations with varied mental health and physical health related conditions. Knowledge of programmatic regulations and compliance as prescribed by Local Government Units ( LGUs) related to populations served. Management experience preferred.
Certification/licensure: LCSW, LMSW, LMHC; + CASAC-T preferred.
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
