About the Role: The Program Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring high‑quality, recovery‑oriented behavioral health services. This position provides clinical oversight and mentorship to designated staff and/or shifts while maintaining a hands‑on presence in service delivery when needed. You’ll partner closely with the Clinical Coordinator and serve as a vital support during critical moments—especially within our COPE and LETI programs that intersect directly with community crisis response and law enforcement.

Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Exton, PA
Program: COPE (Warm handoff program) & LETI (Law Enforcement Treatment Initiative)
Salary: $52,000+ depending on experience
