Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
Direct, coordinate, and supervise program operations, including clinical services, program planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
Ensure care is person-centered and trauma-informed in accordance with the program’s Operating Certificate and the clinical needs of clients.
Represent RUMC in the community, collaborating with public and voluntary service agencies.
Ensure compliance with Federal, NYS, and NYC laws, regulations, and program standards.
Facilitate regular staff meetings, including training, case presentations, and group supervision.
Provide ongoing staff supervision and consultation as needed.
Ensure adherence to RUMC policies and New York State Mental Hygiene laws regarding patient care, clinical records, child abuse reporting, HIPAA regulations, and related standards.
Monitor staff productivity, record compliance, outreach policy, and treatment reviews.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
LCSW or LMHC-D licensure required
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in a behavioral health or clinical program setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of person-centered, trauma-informed care practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and with external agencies.
Salary Range: $83,000 - $93,000
