This role is centered on guiding and supporting learners through their educational journey, ensuring they stay engaged, motivated, and on track to complete their programs successfully. You will act as a trusted partner to students, building meaningful relationships and providing consistent, proactive outreach across multiple communication channels. The position is highly people-focused, requiring empathy, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills to help individuals navigate challenges and stay accountable to their goals. You will own a portfolio of students and directly influence their learning outcomes, retention, and success rates. Working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously improve the student experience. Support student success by driving engagement, accountability, and completion outcomes across assigned cohorts, including:

• Owning a portfolio of students and ensuring consistent engagement, retention, and progress throughout their learning journey
• Conducting proactive outreach via calls, SMS, and email to build relationships and provide ongoing support
• Coaching students on study habits, time management, motivation, and overcoming learning challenges
• Identifying at-risk students early and implementing interventions to re-engage and support their progress
• Monitoring cohort health and ensuring students are progressing according to program milestones
• Collaborating with mentors, support teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve student issues effectively
• Sharing insights from student interactions to improve programs, processes, and learner outcomes
• Leveraging digital tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and communication quality

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others succeed, combined with the ability to manage high-volume, relationship-driven work:

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, advising, coaching, student support, or consultative sales roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and manage sensitive conversations with empathy
• High emotional intelligence and a people-first mindset focused on motivation and accountability
• Ability to manage multiple student relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, action-oriented approach with strong follow-through and ownership mentality
• Comfort working with data and tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Ability to identify patterns, spot risks early, and take initiative to resolve issues
• Genuine passion for helping people achieve personal and professional growth
