We are seeking a Program Specialist to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) organization in Bengaluru or Chennai, India. In this role, you will support prospective clients during the critical onboarding phase while working the NORAM shift. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless program coordination and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and professional, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate program activities and timelines for prospective clients, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely support
  • Manage client onboarding processes, including documentation, system access provisioning, and orientation activities
  • Track program progress using ticketing systems and CRM platforms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Identify and escalate issues or roadblocks to appropriate teams, ensuring swift resolution
  • Prepare and distribute program status reports, meeting summaries, and client communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and program success
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, requirements, and customization requests
  • Support the development of client-specific program plans and implementation strategies
  • Adapt to the NORAM shift schedule and manage time zone differences effectively

Qualifications

  • Shift Mode- NORAM Shift
  • Word Mode - 1 day from office
  • 4+ years of minimum work experience preferably in Recruitment and HR Operations
  • Experience working for a VMS such as Beeline or Fieldglass and /or Contingent/Contracting space preferred
  • Client hiring manager/supplier facing – hence Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day to day
  • Strong analytical and problem solving, documentation and follow up skills showing orientation towards results
  • Strong time management
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and PC skills
  • Able to work independently with some direction and Customer Focused
