We are currently seeking a Program Specialist, Learning & Development to join our Learning team in Vancouver This is a hybrid role with two days per week on-site in our Burnaby office.

The Learning team helps fuel Clio’s growth by bridging today’s skills with tomorrow’s potential. We design high-impact learning experiences that empower our people to excel now, and partner strategically with our stakeholders in the business to ensure all Clions have the knowledge and skills they need to meet Clio’s goals.

Who you are:

You’re someone passionate about learning, with demonstrated skills in session facilitation and learning design. You’re organized, dependable, and comfortable with participating in multiple projects at once. You’re comfortable with learning technology, and you’re already leveraging AI responsibly to improve the speed and quality of your work.

What you’ll work on:

  • Facilitate workshops related and not limited to: onboarding, leadership development, and other talent development initiatives.
  • Lead small to medium-sized Learning & Development initiatives, with support from a senior member or manager on the team.
  • Contribute to improving the end-to-end experience of Clio’s Learning Programs, including supporting the continued redesign and scalability of programs, coordinating and engaging program stakeholders, and reporting on the success of assigned programs over time.
  • Be the initial point of contact for designated Learning programs.
  • Contribute to the discovery, design, and execution of Learning programs.
  • Support with planning, coordination, and communication of programs, one-off events and workshops.
  • Collaborate with members and leaders of various teams to identify gaps and opportunities for training and support.
  • Stay plugged into the research and trends in talent development and bring back innovative ideas to play with.
  • Support the definition and enablement of facilitation as a craft at Clio.
  • Develop instructional materials, as required
  • Additional duties, as required.

What you may have:

  • Experience facilitating a variety of learning sessions, virtually and in-person
  • Experience with learning program administration, including populating session rosters, sourcing rooms, and working with stakeholders on onboarding logistics
  • Some experience in learning design (facilitator guides, e-learning modules, knowledge articles, slide decks, etc.)
  • Experience using AI tools for administrative and content-generating tasks

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with the following tools/platforms: Articulate Rise, LearnUpon, Claude (Chat + Cowork), Confluence, Zoom, GSuite (Calendar, Slides, Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience with Insights Colour Energy framework
  • Degree/Certification in Adult Education or a related field
  • Experience facilitating onboarding programs specifically

This role is a backfill for an existing position.

The expected salary range* for this role is $73,500 to $86,500 to $99,500 CAD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.


*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
