
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, human/social service, healthcare or related fields required
Minimum two (2) years' experience working in adult education, training or workforce development required
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
Working knowledge in healthcare education programs, adult education, and/or labor management training fund’s operation preferred
Ability to maintain strong relationships with staff and all stakeholders
Understanding of training or workforce development principles, best practices in case management, coaching and educational/career pathways
Ability to maintain confidential information and handle sensitive issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation, facilitation and customer service skills
Detail orientated and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, while working under pressure
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends required
