LRQA is seeking a passionate market expert to help supporting global clients strengthen responsible ethical sourcing and supply chain risk management. This role works closely with suppliers and factories on-the-ground to drive corrective actions, deliver social compliance training, analyze program performance, and enhance ethical, sustainable, and legally compliant business practices.

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the expert and local representative on specific client assessment requirements and manage client’s risk monitoring program externally, including providing clear guidance for suppliers, responding to inquiries, regularly calibrating teams, and maintaining updated systems and documents.
• Support daily operation to work closely and communicate with suppliers, vendors, and factories to ensure service delivery quality and timeline
• Work directly with factories to implement corrective actions, with a focus on de-escalating critical issues
• Conduct social compliance webinar and on-site health and safety training per request
• Conduct data reporting, analysis, and summary reports, such as performance reporting as required(e.g. Program Trends Analysis and supply chain scorecard)
• Maintain internal guidance, standard operating procedures and instructions that allow the global supply chain meets client expectations and SOW obligations.
• Gather latest legal requirements on social compliance for the responsible region on the specific topics related to program’s requirements
• Regular onsite visiting to client’s factories per program’s need and prepare timely reports
• Establish and support the development of feedback mechanism between Client and suppliers
• Improve overall program effectiveness and satisfy client expectation

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal English and native speaker in local language
• A 4 year college degree;
• 5+ years of social auditing/on-the-ground training experience in the Ethical Sourcing/Labor Compliance/Environmental monitoring arena either for a brand/retailer or service provider;
• Good Understanding of Ethical Sourcing/Labor Compliance/Social Compliance Requirements/environmental regulations in local level;
• Absolute advantage of previous experience on specific matters , such as supply chain CSR risks, minimum wage reimbursement project;
• High level of integrity and honesty;
• Analytical skills and ability to identify risk
• Ability to work independently;
• Extreme attention to detail and timeline
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Pro-active, self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects across multiple stakeholders simultaneously, in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Able to conduct regular factory visit traveling of 50% of the working time
