Program: Educational Services

Description: To support the Supervisor and program staff to achieve the goals of assigned programs and to assist with the coordination of the Department's professional development programs and other initiatives of the Division designed to serve districts, schools, their staff, and students.

Qualifications:

• Position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the secretarial field
• Position requires experience in fiscal procedures and administration
• Position requires knowledge of budgeting and accounting procedures
• Must be detail-oriented and adaptable, with flexibility to manage multiple tasks while staying up to date on relevant technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, and comfortable learning new software.

Terms: Full-time, 260 days - Year Round

Salary: $24.16 per hour, plus excellent benefits.
