- - - - ]Schedule and assign DSPs to shifts based on program needs, staff availability, and agency policies.
- - - - Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules, ensuring coverage for all shifts across assigned homes.
- - - - Handle last minute scheduling changes, including callouts and emergencies, while minimizing service disruptions.
- - - - Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally to DSPs and supervisors.
- - - - Address scheduling conflicts and coverage gaps in a timely manner.
- - - - Ensure all schedules comply with agency policies, staffing requirements, and regulatory standards.
- - - - Document all scheduling activities and maintain accurate records in scheduling software and HR systems.
- - - - Assist with administrative tasks such as timesheet verification, payroll coordination, and

- - - - Collaborate with Program Supervisors and Managers to anticipate staffing needs and adjust schedules accordingly.

- - - - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- - - - Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or HR support strongly preferred.

- - - - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
