Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining enforcing processes across the CHGB portfolio
Develops solutions to complex technical issues and problems that impact multiple areas or disciplines.
Communicate with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members. May communicate with customers external to the organization.
FAI process implementation and verification.
Review and approve assembly instructions.
Approve Procurement requisitions.
Verify data requirements for the PM team.
Read and understand Drawings and Technical data packages.
Write Non-conformances and complete RCCA activities. To includes review of those completed by other Quality Engineers.
Interfaces with Government and PM customer to ensure product compliance on delivery.
Complete CDRL data requirements.
Other Duties as assigned by the Quality Program Manager.
Basic Qualifications
The Candidate must have BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Must be able to solve complex problems, relate with other team members, and communicate with other levels of management.
Must have knowledge and understanding when reading and interpreting drawings.
Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100/AS6500 manufacturing environment.
Candidate must be able to populate handwritten or computer-generated inspection reports.
Candidates must have Computer Skills and can use computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
Must be willing to travel to customer sites to execute program requirements
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area at their own expense.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess or be able to obtain Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Government contract and SOW interpretation.
CDRL Deliveries experience
Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
Previous auditing experience.
FAI completion experience
Metrics Tracking experience

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
