JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX News Media is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and adaptable Program & Project Manager to join the Human Resources team. Reporting directly to Senior HR Leadership, this individual will serve as a cross-functional program manager responsible for leading high-priority early career initiatives, core employee recognition programs, and specialized HR projects that enhance the employee experience.

The ideal candidate is a proactive builder and exceptional executor who thrives in a fast-paced media environment. This role requires someone who can seamlessly balance strategic program oversight with hands-on execution, managing multiple priorities while partnering with stakeholders across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and senior executives.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end execution and operational management of the FOX News Media Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP), including rotation planning, cohort engagement, scheduling, communications, and program evaluation.
• Serve as the primary HR liaison for the Cristo Rey High School Internship Program, overseeing student onboarding, supervisor partnerships, program logistics, and the overall participant experience.
• Partner closely with Campus & Entry-Level Talent Acquisition to support early career recruiting initiatives, including orientation programming and on-site events across New York, Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles.
• Manage the annual FOX News Media Spotlight Awards process, including nomination tracking, review committee coordination, executive communications, event planning, and program execution.
• Lead the planning and execution of the FOX News Media Open House Program, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to showcase company culture, career opportunities, and the employee experience.
• Drive planning and execution for additional HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, and special projects as business needs evolve.
• Develop project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and reporting to ensure successful program delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with internal partners to execute meetings, workshops, executive presentations, webinars, and employee events with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR programs, streamline processes, and enhance participant experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 4–6+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, or event operations, preferably within a media, entertainment, or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution while balancing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Strong project management, organizational, and operational planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and confidently interact with senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating large-scale employee events, recognition programs, conferences, webinars, or executive meetings.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information with professionalism.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other project management certification.
• Experience supporting early career, internship, or leadership development programs.
• Experience working in media, entertainment, news, or a similarly fast-paced organization.
• Experience managing employee recognition, engagement, or culture-building initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR systems (i.e. Workday), recruiting platforms, and event management tools.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-105,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
