IMPAXX is looking for a Program & Project Manager to join the team remotely. The Program & Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new case management system while also supporting and managing broader business and IT projects and initiatives. The Program and Project Manager oversees software programs and project portfolios, balancing hands-on system implementation with cross-functional project leadership. This individual ensures alignment between business needs and technology solutions, drives project execution, and ensures successful delivery across multiple initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and execution capabilities, while providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers. The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
