The Program & Project Management Lead serves as a single point of contact who is accountable towards local market and/or cluster of markets for driving digital outcomes from demand through service, geared towards delivering locally lead Omnichannel campaigns based on local insights and nuances derived from campaign interaction data and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end orchestration to ensure delivery of campaigns including localization of master assets/campaign.

  • Translating analytics and performance reports into meaningful recommendations to optimize campaigns “on-the-fly” as well as input into future campaign strategies.

  • Driving service adoption, local insights, Omnichannel expertise & best practice guidance.

  • Regular touch points (weekly/monthly) with market brand teams or digital leads and Accenture Omnichannel leads, as well at a more strategic level (e.g. quarterly) to support and provide input on the overall local brand strategy plan.

  • Works with the market brand teams for prioritization & manage change in priorities.

  • Creates and maintains a close business relationship with the local client brand teams which includes travel to the client site for business meetings.

  • Being the first point of contact to manage escalation of market brand teams and ensuring effective resolution based on a defined escalation matrix.

  • Interface with offshore Digital Project Managers who manage actual execution to ensure correct priority and service levels for the local market.

  • Ensures service reports and campaign reports delivered on time to local market clients.

  • Ensures completion of campaigns briefing document.

  • Extracting relevant assets from Library and providing them to market brand and Omnichannel leads for consideration.

  • Coordination touchpoint with AOR, print agencies and market brand teams for review.

  • Facilitate service introduction & change confirmation focusing on local market opportunities.

  • Governance management to provide scheduling, management reporting inputs and action tracking associated with Service Governance.

  • Participate in demand planning for markets across markets/clusters.

Required Experience

  • Extense experience of Pharma industry in highly regulated environments.

  • In-depth understanding of Pharma Marketing Digital Delivery processes, tactics and capabilities.

  • Omnichannel marketing experience.

  • Marketing Account Management experience (client-facing)

  • Ability to understand and translate marketing analytics reports.

  • Knowledge of regional and local market nuances, trends, customer preferences, digital ecosystems, cultural awareness.

  • Platform experience (especially Veeva, SFMC, WordPress VIP etc).

Pluses

  • Certified in PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, Cobit5 or similar.

  • Project budget management experience.

  • Bachelor s Degree or greater or equivalent experience.

  • Relationship management.

  • Communications & Executive Reporting.

  • Digital Project Delivery (Web, Social, Mobile).
