ASRC Federal System Solutions (AFSS) is seeking a Program Planning & Control (PP&C) Analyst Associate to work (Mon-Fri Second Shift) at Kennedy Space Center, FL.
Responsibilities:
• Performs the Buy, Make and/or Bill of Material (BOM) planning activities associated with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions to include procurement, materials management, and shop floor control.
• Performs one or more multiple manufacturing activities within various manufacturing functions.
• Process Shelf-life materials in coordination with Buy Parts Planners, Central Organization, Quality etc.
• Maintains schedules, production orders, purchase requests, purchase orders and mitigate part shortages.
• Plans and schedules the movement of raw materials, parts, components, supplies, and related materials through receiving inspection resulting in material movement throughout the production cycle.
• Expedites and optimizes material flow through the supply chain to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinates with manufacturing and Operations Management to provide priority direction for shop floor, provides timely status and expedites or works around plans to preserve schedule.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain stakeholders including Procurement, Quality, Shipping & Receiving and Operations management to determine appropriate time phased plan for procured parts and executes processes to ensure deliverables meet production schedule requirements.
• Production Order Closure and reconciliation utilizing SAP, e-Whiteboard, VE-CAMS etc.
• Performs Kitting of materials, Loss in Shop Forms, Return to Stock (RTS), TECO assist, Shipping of materials, etc.
• Assist Floor in providing materials required for production coordinating with Inventory Management, CFCA group, ME, Quality etc.
• May be assigned other Responsibilities required to be performed as MRP Floor Support.
• Required to work Second Shift (2:00PM to 10:30pm) 8-hour shifts, Monday- Friday (overtime or weekend support may be required.)

Required Skills:
• Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain processes.
• Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of experience in production control or 4-6 years of equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge or experience in Inventory Control/Warehousing/Logistics processes.
• SAP or other materials requirement planning (MRP) system experience.
• Customer service skills and problem resolution skills. Ability to track large amounts of data and provide status
• Ability to work as a team player
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good Communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen
