Job Description

AOE International is a non-profit organization focused on community support and development, with a strong emphasis on workforce development and education We partner with various organizations to address social needs, including poverty, access to resources, and educational opportunities.

The Program Operations Manager manages day-to-day operational execution of the Contractor Incubator, ensuring efficient service delivery, coordination of program activities, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily program operations, scheduling, and workflows
• Coordinate participant intake, service sequencing, and training calendars
• Support staff supervision and internal coordination
• Manage contracts, vendors, and subcontractor logistics
• Maintain operational documentation and readiness for monitoring and audits

Requirements

• Experience in program operations or project management within grant-funded initiatives
• Strong organizational and systems management skills
