Job Description

Be responsible for ensuring that all academy programs are executed smoothly from start to finish, without the need for constant supervision.

This person makes sure everything happens when it should, without needing to be chased.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate full program execution (promotion → delivery → closing)
• Ensure everything is prepared on time (materials, logistics, schedules, communication with coaches)
• Track tasks and deadlines
• Solve day-to-day problems without escalating everything
• Coordinate with internal team and coaches
• Anticipate issues and prevent problems before they happen
• Ensure a smooth and professional program experience
• Adapt to workload peaks (including weekends or key moments)
• Profile We’re Looking For

Must-have:

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Highly proactive (does not wait for instructions)
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem-solver (able to make decisions independently)
• Responsible and reliable
• Flexible with working hours (some days lighter, some more intense)

Nice to have:

Experience coordinating projects, events, or programs

Experience in dynamic environments (startups, academies, hospitality, etc.)
