ChristianaCare's Family and Community Medicine Department is looking for a self-sufficient, detail-oriented and adaptable Program Operations Coordinator with strong organizational and communication skills who can work independently.
The Program Operations Coordinator serves as a key team member who will support the department’s operations through related activities including but not limited to communications, meetings, special projects, payroll, contracts and invoicing. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and collaborate with Director of Operations, Department Chair and Vice Chair to support the successful operations of the Department of Family & Community Medicine.
Work Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am-5:00pm
This role is primarily remote with onsite meeting requirements, based on departmental needs

Duties / Responsibilities;
Works closely with and under the supervision of the Director on operations and project coordination.
Assignments to include but not be limited to:
Provides technical and administrative assistance for operations needs of the Department.
Provides technical and administrative assistance related to special projects and meetings for
Department.
Assists with the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Department operations.
Participates in the creation and editing of presentations and meeting materials.
Participates in the coordination and creation of Department website updates, geo-mapping and other related needs
Participates in coordination of special events and meetings including scheduling, logistics, presentations, meeting minutes and other needs, as assigned.
Participates in the Peer Review process under the direction of the Vice Chair supporting Peer Review with meeting scheduling, stakeholder communications, meeting minutes, coalescing documentation, document storage and other needs, as assigned.
Participates in creation, writing and distribution of Department communications including but not limited to Department newsletter, Department alumni correspondence, etc.
Supports Department with entering and review of payroll, special payment and stipend entering and tracking.
Supports review and tracking of department financials, including support of requests for funding from Department.
Supports processing of department contracts and invoicing for external services.
Supports department strategic plans, operations evaluation metrics, tools and analysis.
Performs other related duties as required
Position Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required with preference in Public Health, Public Administration, Business, Communications or related field
Minimum 1-3 years program coordination or operations experience
Whether a position can be supported for remote work will be assessed based on whether ChristianaCare is able to meet the business requirements of the proposed remote location.

Hourly Pay Range: $25.52 - $38.28This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
