Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate customer orders from start to delivery
  • Communicate with customers and update on order status
  • Follow up on materials and production progress
  • Monitor delivery schedule and ensure on time shipment
  • Handle customer enquiries and basic issue follow up
  • Support new project setup and coordination
  • Prepare reports and updates
