WhatYou’llDo

  • Own the success of channel programs within theSOTIAltitude Program, ensuring they run smoothly and deliver results.
  • Become the go-to expert for your programs—understand them inside out and help others do the same.
  • Spot opportunities by conducting competitive research andidentifyingtrends that keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Turn insights into action—streamline processes, boost partner engagement, and strengthen sales enablementofferings
  • Drive improvements that make our programs scalable, efficient, and impactfulfor channel partners
  • Keep everyone in the loop with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that highlight performance and progress.
  • Create compelling content—work with media teams to develop program materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate across the board with sales, marketing, legal, operations, and more to bring programs to life.
  • Lead engaging webinars that educate and inspire partners and internal teams.
  • Work in a hybrid environment (a mix of office and remote).

WhatYou’llBring

  • A degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of experience supportingmarketing programs.
  • A knack for analyzing data and turning insights into strategies.
  • Strong communicationskills—both written and verbal—with an eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish, hitting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp (bonus points!) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • B2B marketing experience is preferred.
  • Experience in channel marketing or working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Flexibility to join global calls when needed.
