Your mission, roles and responsibilities

工作职责 :
  带领项目制造团队完成工艺制造相关的所有工作以及协调工厂启动团队参与其中;
  项目核心团队与工厂制造团队的接口人
  与设计工程师一起确保制造可行性，组织专家团队对产品设计进行工艺可行性的改善及分析 ;
  新项目工艺规划（MTM，layout,精益生产设计等）；
  组织专家团队进行新项目的工艺开发工作。（包括工装设备Spec,RFQ,SNC，进度跟踪以及验收工作）；
  主导工装设备在工厂安装调试/样件制作/产能爬坡以及验收工作；
  支持FPT、MPT以及EMPT 按时达标；
  识别及报告所有的制造风险及相应的行动计划；
  执行佛吉亚的项目管理系统，工程变更管理，佛吉亚工具以及相关标准；
  确保所有相关工作包以及制造里程碑及时完成和通过；
  管理项目相关的投资包括固定资产投资和客户工装投资 任职要求:
  本科及以上学历，专业为机械，材料以及金属成型方向；5年以上的制造工艺工作经验；
  能够适应经常性的出差；
  优秀的分析能力，问题解决能力，决断能力以及沟通能力；
  具备全面的工程技术知识以及相关的项目管理经验；
  能够胜任与各种各样的人群一起工作，从现场操作工到高级经理，从供应商到客户；
  具备生产和工艺方面的技术能力；
  熟悉项目财务相关知识（成本，利润，投资）
  具有强烈的责任心，以及领导力；
  英语 CET-4以上；
