Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager/Knowledge Manager providing support to the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).

Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) has been tasked with delivering an integrated Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network providing resilient decision advantage and enabling the USAF, USSF, Joint, and Coalition Force to win against the pacing challenge. C3BM supports execution in many different focus areas. C3BM’s main efforts are Architecture and Systems Engineering (ASE), Operational Response Team (ORT), and multiple mission integration teams such as Air, Maritime and multiple acquisitions consisting of both the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Space.

The DAF BATTLE NETWORK is the integrated system-of-systems fusing sensors, effectors, and sustainment grids to build situational awareness, make operational decisions, and direct the force to create needed lethal and nonlethal effects in support of the Joint Force Commander’s scheme of maneuver. The DAF PEO C3BM has the responsibility of technically and programmatically integrating the DAF’s larger system-of-systems architecture needed to deliver an integrated Command and Control (C2) core function for the DAF, Joint, and Coalition forces, by teaming with all other DAF PEOs, as needed.

This is a full time position located in Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Position will be lead Knowledge Manager at the PAE-level responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise-wide KM solutions utilizing M365.
• Design and Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, content types, permissions, workflows, and architectures to improve information accessibility and reuse.
• Provide briefings on Knowledge Management Best Practices
• Partner with Program Managers, Engineers, Acquisition professionals and SMEs to capture, organize, document and disseminate technical and programmatic data
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps/BI or other tools as appropriate

Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance with current SCI eligibility

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field

Years of experience: 3+ years of experience and within the DoD sector

• Structure, Governance, Permissions, Document Collaboration etc.
• Site architecture
• Metadata
• Search & Versioning
• Power Platform Familiarity
• Experience with management of different levels of data classifications

Interpersonal Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and present briefings to senior leadership
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Government and contractor teams
