Arduino is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a group of related projects and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals, delivering business value through coordinated execution In this role, you’ll contribute to the definition of program objectives, scope, and roadmap ensuring prioritization in alignment with business goals. You will develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring alignment across projects and long-term strategy.
This position must be based at our operational headquarters in Turin.

What You’ll Work On
Strategic & planning
● Ensure alignment and prioritization with objectives, scope, product roadmap and business goals
● Develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics
● Ensure alignment across projects and long-term strategy
Coordination & execution
● Coordinate cross-functional teams`s activities supporting the product development programs
● Manage interdependencies within and between projects
● Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
Monitoring & reporting
● Track program progress, KPIs, and performance metrics
● Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders
● Identify issues early and implement corrective actions
Resource & operations management
● Oversee operational processes and ensure efficiency
● Coordinate logistics and execution activities, including prototypes allocation and delivery
Risk & stakeholder management
● Identify risks and define mitigation strategies
● Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
● Maintain strong relationships across teams and leadership
What You Bring
● A data‑driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions from metrics
● Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams with a structured and pragmatic approach
● Excellent communication skills—with the ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders and ability fostering consensus also within distributed and cross-functional teams
● Strong ownership, accountability, and a forward-thinking proactive approach to problem solving
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
● Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong plus
● Occasional travel for meetings, events, and user engagements
Bonus Points
● Working knowledge of electronics development lifecycle (PCB design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing)
● Familiarity with embedded systems / firmware constraints (real-time, memory, power)
● Understanding of cloud architectures (APIs, microservices, IoT platforms)
● Experience managing programs from concept → EVT/DVT/PVT → mass production → EOL
● Exposure to hardware ramp-up and supply chain constraints
