As a Program Manager for Transition to Work, you will be responsible for managing a team of Career Development Specialists across the Geraldton region who are providing intensive, pre-employment support for young people aged 15-25.
You will do this by managing budgets, individual and team KPI's and monitoring performance against established targets.
You will develop and implement strategies that will ensure our customers are supported through the whole employment services process, whilst continuing to champion Real Futures as an employment service partner of choice.
