Operating with high tactical autonomy and minimal executive oversight, this role ensures our workforce is equipped to sustain rapid organizational growth.

Track Assignment Note: Candidates selected for this role will be strategically deployed into one of two critical business verticals based on organizational need and domain expertise: Local Company Operations or Support Services Campus. Both tracks require a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. Regardless of track assignment, the Program Manager will own the lifecycle of their assigned training programs.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Team Management and Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program coordinators and instructional designers to successfully meet departmental goals and objectives.
  • Oversee resource allocation and cross-functional workflows, ensuring team members are effectively deployed.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth.

Strategic Portfolio Ownership

  • Autonomously manage, scale, and evolve complex, multi-session learning pathways from conception through execution.
  • Establish critical project milestones and maintain alignment with overarching company growth strategies.
  • Track Specifics:
  • Local Company: Own the Management Development Training Program (MDTP), scholarship program, and localized operational pathways.
  • Support Services: Oversee sequential leadership paths including Emerging Leaders (high-potential ICs), Leadership Now, and advanced Third-Party Executive management programs.

Curriculum Design & Modernization

  • Define audience-specific program identities and guide Instructional Designers to build high-impact learning assets.
  • Shift legacy, inefficient training frameworks toward modern, agile, and digestible learning methodologies.
  • Track Specifics:
  • Local Company: Oversee advanced instructional modules mapping core job roles (Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Back Office, Financials) and localized operational blueprints.
  • Support Services: Transition overlapping phase models into modular, micro-learning paths that "graduate" participants through distinct skill milestones.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Consultation

  • Partner with internal business leaders to extract institutional knowledge and translate it into actionable educational programs.
  • Own the management of subject matter experts databases to ensure an accurate record of industry leaders to share knowledge and contribute to materials on different topics.
  • Track Specifics:
  • Local Company: Identify, cultivate, and coordinate top-performing Local Company Presidents and subject matter experts to co-lead advanced masterclasses.
  • Support Services: Collaborate closely with Service Company leaders to build onboarding and specialized technology-adoption tracks.

Training Assessment & Execution

  • Ensure training initiatives translate into measurable, real-world business outcomes and a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Track Specifics:
  • Local Company: Drive training application in core business levers, including Data Analytics, Value-Based Pricing, Matrix Optimization, and Inventory Management.
  • Support Services: Execute standardized training needs audits across Support Campus teams to accurately diagnose capability gaps and propose targeted educational interventions.
