In this role, you will focus on building the operating systems that enable engagement, learning, and effectiveness for a distributed, cross-functional organization spanning the US, UK, and Mexico. Rather than owning product delivery, you will design the frameworks, rituals, and programs that allow teams to perform at their best. You will translate team feedback, behavioral signals, and organizational insights into scalable initiatives that improve collaboration, psychological safety, and overall team health. This position requires a strong balance of program management expertise and people-centered thinking, with high exposure to leadership and global stakeholders. It is an opportunity to influence culture and performance at scale within an AI-driven analytics environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Lead and manage end-to-end program and project initiatives, from planning through execution and follow-up.
    • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across global, distributed teams and multiple time zones.
    • Design and implement engagement, learning, and effectiveness programs that enhance team collaboration and performance.
    • Identify opportunities to improve team workflows, processes, and overall employee experience.
    • Define, track, and report on program success metrics to leadership in a clear and actionable way.
    • Establish and maintain engagement rhythms such as all-hands, retrospectives, and structured feedback loops.
    • Drive internal communication, recognition, and visibility initiatives that strengthen team connection and morale.
    • Partner closely with leadership to translate qualitative feedback into measurable improvements and actionable initiatives.
    • Continuously refine programs based on data insights, team input, and organizational priorities.
    • Requirements:

      • 3–5 years of experience in program management, people operations, organizational development, or a related field.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously with strong organization and execution discipline.
      • Experience working with global, cross-functional, and distributed teams.
      • Ability to combine qualitative feedback with basic metrics to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives.
      • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences.
      • Empathetic, people-focused mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and inclusion.
      • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with leadership and senior stakeholders.
      • Experience supporting analytics, product, or data science teams is a plus but not required.
      • Willingness to work onsite in Mexico City twice per week (Reforma area).
