About this role

Carrier Supply Chain in Palm Beach Gardens is searching for a Program Manager to lead transformation and communication efforts globally for all Supply Chain areas. This is the ideal opportunity to support and implement communication plans with respect to global transformation. Bring your experience in change management and communication strategies for a large multi-national corporate or environment to add value in our transformation process.

This is an onsite role in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Function as a program manager to support Supply Chain leaders in the execution and communication of strategic vision
  • Capture projects and implement change management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption and minimize resistance
  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Oversee the execution in accordance with project plans
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Manage training efforts i.e. provide input, document requirements, design and delivery of training programs

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years plus experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
  • 3 years plus experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

Preferred Qualifications

Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

  • MBA preferred
  • Project Management and/ or Change Management certification
  • Lead Supply Chain projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Independently driven problem solver
  • Appetite to address complex challenges in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to craft communications for executive audiences
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
