Job Description

We are now looking for a Program Manager, Supply Chain to join our team in Oulu, Finland. You will be a dedicated Supply Chain member within program teams, responsible for managing and controlling all Supply Chain activities related to volume delivery capability creation. You will drive delivery capability initiatives, ensuring successful achievement of defined outputs as per the Delivery Capability Management Process and product/platform introduction programs.

  • Lead Delivery Capability Creation (DCC) sub-projects.
  • Build cost-efficient and qualified delivery capability.
  • Ensure fast ramp-up and seamless handover to maintenance.
  • Represent Supply Chain in program decision-making and milestone declarations.
  • Drive decisions on volume manufacturing location selection, ramp-up plans, and DFx metrics targets.
  • Ensure DCC readiness for program milestones.
  • Communicate Supply Chain requirements effectively across teams.
  • Achieve DCC quality and Design for Excellence (DFx) targets.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, risk/opportunity plans, and lessons learned for process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in delivery capability management or supply chain operations
  • Solid understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, DFx principles and SAP.
  • Solid project/program management skills with team management experience
  • Effective communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective negotiation skills and ability to manage varied situations
