Job Description



We are seeking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Supplier Technical Capacity Management and Supplier Development Program

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Program Management for key programs as listed below but not limited to (and will evolve

    with business needs)
  • Drive Continuous Improvement & change management: In collaboration with regional Supplier Quality, Suppliers and Commodity Leaders.
  • Implement changes that are sustainable by developing Best in Class practices with suppliers to ensure long-term improvements.
  • Project Management : Oversee end-to-end management of procurement process improvement and transformation projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver measurable results.
  • Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Stakeholder engagement & Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Internal Stake holders in Procurement, Operations, Quality, Planning, SIOP, and other departments to ensure procurement projects are aligned with company-wide objectives and deliver business value.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and track leading and lagging process metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement processes to drive accountability.
  • Create dashboards, tier boards and reports to measure progress and demonstrate the impact of improvement initiatives and process health / performance.
