About the team
The Business Operations & Portfolio Performance team is responsible for managing strategic cross-functional programs within Trust & Safety Operations, driving projects forward, implementing process and program changes, and define new ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal program reviews, including business and quarterly review sessions, and leadership alignment sessions.
- Lead global projects and programs within Trust and Safety Operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive implementation.
- Conduct data analysis and translate data insights into business recommendations.
- Prepare high quality business reports and deliver presentations tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements to improve the business management of T&S Operations, such as automating dashboards and developing new tools.
- Influence and drive alignment across lines of business teams to execute our roadmap, fostering a collaborative approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Trust & Safety Operations teams to gain a strong business understanding.
