Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Software Sales organization.

This person will lead projects, improve processes, and help teams make better use of data. The role requires strong project management skills, experience working with teams across regions, and practical knowledge of tools such as Python, Power BI, and Snowflake.

The right candidate can turn a broad goal into a clear plan, keep the work moving, and give leaders and stakeholders an honest view of progress. They should also be comfortable analyzing data and presenting results, recommendations, and proposals.

In This Role, You Will

Lead Projects and Improve Processes

  • Lead projects that involve teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Take ownership of projects from planning through completion.
  • Define the work, assign clear next steps, track progress, and keep projects moving.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early, then work with the right people to address them.
  • Develop consistent processes for sales teams across regions.
  • Lead changes that affect Software Salespeople and help teams adopt new ways of working.
  • Use project management tools to organize priorities, track commitments, and reduce time spent on manual follow-up.
  • Find practical ways to simplify work, save time, and improve results.

Keep Leaders and Stakeholders Informed

  • Give leaders a clear and timely view of project progress, results, risks, and decisions.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about what has been completed, what comes next, and where their support is needed.
  • Make project information easy to find and understand.
  • Raise concerns early and explain their potential effect on timelines or results.

Present Plans, Proposals, and Results

  • Present project results, proposals, recommendations, and plans in a clear and concise way.
  • Create and deliver presentations for leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Explain complex topics in language that fits the audience.
  • Use data and evidence to support recommendations.

Use Data to Guide Decisions

  • Work with Business Intelligence and data teams to analyze data, identify trends, and answer business questions.
  • Turn analysis into clear recommendations that teams can act on.
  • Help leaders and stakeholders understand what the data means and why it matters.

Define and Track Performance

  • Develop and track measures for project results, team performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Create simple ways to monitor progress and make results visible.
  • Use performance data to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
  • Hold owners accountable for agreed actions and deadlines.

Support Continuous Improvement

  • Find ways to reduce manual work and make processes easier to follow.
  • Measure whether process changes save time or improve results.
  • Help teams build better habits around project management and data.
  • Develop onboarding and training that covers processes, tools, and basic data practices.

Who You Are

You take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments. You know how to bring structure to an unclear problem, build a practical plan, and keep people focused on the goal.

You communicate directly and adjust your message to the audience. You are comfortable speaking with individuals, teams, and leaders. You can explain progress, present a recommendation, and ask for the decisions or support needed to move forward.

You do not wait until a project is off track to raise a concern. You identify problems early, work through obstacles, and keep stakeholders informed.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • At least two years of experience in program or project management in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience serving as the main owner responsible for planning the work, tracking progress, and moving a project toward completion.
  • Practical experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • A record of using project management tools and practices to save time, reduce manual work, or improve execution.
  • Experience giving leaders and stakeholders clear updates on progress, risks, decisions, and results.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations about project plans, proposals, recommendations, or results.
  • Experience analyzing and presenting data to support business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience creating dashboards or conducting data analysis.
  • Experience improving processes in measurable ways, including reducing manual work or saving time.
  • Experience in customer success or software renewals.
