
Leidos is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead the establishment and growth of a development and integration center in Pune, India. This role will be responsible for standing up the center, partnering closely with end-user customers and stakeholders, and overseeing day-to-day operations to build and sustain a high-performing technical team.
The Program Manager will drive the delivery of system enhancements while advancing the systems engineering and integration capabilities of the SkyLine-X product suite. SkyLine-X™ is Leidos’ next-generation Air Traffic Management (ATM) platform, designed to help air navigation service providers safely and efficiently manage increasingly complex airspace. Built on decades of Leidos aviation and air traffic management experience, SkyLine-X provides a modern, scalable platform supporting critical capabilities across tower, terminal, en-route, oceanic, and traffic flow management operations. As part of the SkyLine-X team, you’ll contribute to mission-critical technology that supports the safety, efficiency, and modernization of air traffic operations around the world. In addition, the role will foster regional collaboration and innovation in aviation concepts, technologies, and implementations, ensuring alignment with customer needs, operational objectives, and long-term strategic goals.
