
Meridian Services offers person-centered supports and cares to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities across a diverse range of settings. These include Residential Services, In-Home Services, and Case Management Services. Today, we have 30 group homes, 150 In-Home person served, and over 100 Case Managers across the state of Minnesota. Job Title: Program Manager – Residential Group Home Services
Location: Cottage Grove, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime business hours with required on-call for all shifts Monday-Friday (early morning, evening, overnight, etc.) due to staffing and program needs. Managers rotate a weekends and holiday on-call expectation with a team of managers; You will be on-call for all shifts on select weekends and holidays as needed.
Wage: Starting at $55,000 annual salary including Full-Time benefits, Paid Time Off, and Bonus Opportunities
The Program Manager is responsible for the management of their assigned program, with additional support provided for on-call coverage across other programs. This includes overseeing direct care at the site, supervising and training direct care staff, and ensuring the quality of services provided to the individuals served. The Program Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with programming and licensing regulations, as well as managing all administrative functions and reporting for the program.

Meridian Services has served people for a thirty eight years in Minnesota. Currently our Case Management Department serves approximately 2,500 elderly, 1,500 people with mental health issues and more than 1,000 persons with intellectual disabilities.
Our organization provides services within 30 residential group homes in Minnesota. Additionally, we provide In Home/SILS/ILS and Respite Services to over 220 persons in the community.
