Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Experience creating visual presentations.
  • Experience in project management and communications.
  • Experience in customer service and working with technical management teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a technical field, or 5 years of experience in supply chain or large-scale operations.
  • Experience in program management, driving projects end-to-end.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a demonstrated ability to structure vague problems into actionable plans and clear goals.
  • Proactive risk management and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exercises independent judgment, takes full ownership of program outcomes, and proactively drives process improvements to enhance velocity and efficiency.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €92000 - €94000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on enabling Google's data center teams to operate at scale.
  • Run the gamut of responsibility from headcount and hiring planning, to ushering complex projects through the entire lifecycle.
  • Oversee projects as they often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, requiring you to keep all players coordinated on progress and deadlines to ultimately enable Google's data center operations teams.
  • Manage project schedules, proactively identify risks to on-time delivery, and clearly communicate goals and status to key stakeholders.
