Our client is a leading-integrated Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider. Job Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience is required for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the program team to ensure department responsibilities and objectives are achieved.
  • Provide direction and guidance to align with overall organizational business goals.
  • Act as the key liaison with customers while coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products according to requirements.
  • Oversee business risks, including managing and negotiating write-off claims with customers.
  • Monitor, track, and report program progress, including changes, priorities, and strategies to achieve defined goals.
  • Review and analyze forecast waterfall charts to support planning and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.


Salary Range: RM8k - RM10k
 Working days: Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm
