Are you a Program Manager interested in driving operational efficiency, and also customer adoptions? We are building a network of experts to accelerate customer adoption by leveraging operational tools and programs across AWS. Our team of PM deliver mechanism to guide how the AWS field builds specialization, engages with customers, and scales their knowledge. You will partner with sales team, technical/product team, technical leaders, AWS service teams, and regional leadership teams to build a community in driving the growth. You will define the community strategy, gather insights to focus experts, facilitate technical collaboration, and drive execution of programs.

Key job responsibilities
Lead key initiatives across organization through effective mechanism and process
Develop narratives and contents for initiative with global impacts, targeting senior leaderships
Partner with different Business Units across Local Sales, function teams and global team to define topics for leadership meetings
Ensure diligent follow-up on action items by communicating with senior stakeholders and cross-teams
Identify opportunities and risks in the operation through monitoring internal and external
Participates in internal process definitions and internal press releases

Basic Qualifications


- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including, but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking experience
- 3+ years of working with Business Application Technologies, including, but not limited to End User Compute (EUC), Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, and/or Communication Developer Services experience
- 3+ years of working with Advanced Compute technologies including, but not limited to: Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, Visual/Spatial Compute, and/or IoT. experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
