In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering technology programs that strengthen network integration, you will improve customer experience, and support Transport for NSW’s vision, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people and goods move across our state.
This role will see you oversee the planning, procurement, and delivery of complex, interdependent technology projects, ensuring they’re market ready, aligned with broader network strategies, and delivered on time, on budget, and to scope.
You’ll work across a fast-moving portfolio where innovation, collaboration, and integration sit at the heart of every challenge and every opportunity.
You will lead program-level governance, drive efficiencies, and create smarter ways of working in a complex and fast moving environment where your decisions genuinely matter.
You’ll navigate delivery challenges, align competing priorities, and champion technology solutions that improve safety, performance, and customer outcomes.
Your ability to bring together diverse teams, navigate complexity, and maintain a customer first lens will enable you to deliver integrated, value-for-money solutions that matter.
Projects will include Network Optimisation, Technology Development (Roads), Network Safety & Efficiency, ITS, Public Transport (Buses) & Active Transport.
This is a permanent Hybrid role with five days a month to be spent at Parramatta Office and a further five days to be spent at either the Parramatta office, or another TfNSW location. You will have the option to work from home the other days.

About you
Your program management expertise, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills, formed across large organisations or government environments, will see you manage risk, optimise resources, and build strong relationships to successfully deliver major technology outcomes for the NSW transport network.
You will have experience in Project Managing Technology based solutions on road networks to improve Efficiency, Safety & Public Transport outcomes.
Program Development, delivery management, Governance, Financial management, Procurement & Commercial management.
Skills and ability to engage & partner with Industry to develop technology solutions to meet program requirements
Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
