The Manager is responsible for supervising operational activities at multiple facilities and providing clinical management of rehab services to the patient populations served by the facility. This shall include the direction, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of the professional staff, supportive staff, and students providing rehab services to patients. The Manager will also perform the duties of a clinical therapist. This position is also responsible for coordination of interdepartmental functions and activities to ensure smooth and effective operations consistent with the objectives of the facility, Community Based Rehab, and Frazier Rehab Institute.
Essential Functions:
Maintains effective communication regarding therapy programs, facility programs, and departmental/programmatic issues
Demonstrates effective fiscal management of the areas of responsibility for multiple locations
Manages department personnel for multiple locations in a manner that ensures the highest quality of services and according to organization and department policies and procedures
Leads and manages department operations for multiple locations in a manner that ensures the highest quality of services and according to organization and department policies and procedures
