Supports the DOE OST Human Reliability Program (HRP) by executing mission-critical duties aligned with occupational health, psychological evaluation, emergency response, and administrative operations to ensure personnel reliability, safety, and compliance with federal regulations.

Security Clearance: Department of Energy L Clearence

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform initial, annual, and special HRP evaluations or services appropriate to the role

• Document findings and prepare reports in accordance with DOE requirements

• Coordinate with SOMD, Program Manager, and multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with 10 CFR 712, OSHA standards, and Privacy Act requirements

• Maintain readiness of equipment, records, and systems

• Participate in training, drills, and emergency response activities

• Identify and report conditions impacting safety, reliability, or mission readiness

• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum of twelve (12) months clinical experience within the past 36 months

• Experience providing emergency care, first aid, and occupational health services

• Ability to support HRP evaluations, case management, and follow-up care

• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearence: DOE L Clearance (equivalent to a DoD Secret Clearence)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting DOE, NNSA, or other federal programs

• Familiarity with Human Reliability Program (HRP) requirements

• Experience in safety-sensitive or high-reliability environments

• Advanced certifications or specialized training relevant to the role

About the Role:

This job is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.

Final compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
