This role exists toleadthe execution of complex global Procurement Enablement initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into governed, scalable, and measurable outcomes.
As Program Manager, Procurement Enablement, you willoperateat an enterprise level, owning the delivery, governance, and integration of global initiatives across Procurement and key business stakeholders. This role is accountable for driving execution at scale, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable operational and business impact.

You will be accountable for delivering complex global Procurement Enablement initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, strengthen governance, enable scalable processes, and support enterprise transformationobjectives
Operating without direct reports, you will lead through influence in a highly matrixed global environment—partnering across Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Trade Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sustainability, Digital, and Business functions.
You will define program structure,establishgovernance, manage interdependencies, and drive disciplined execution to ensure initiatives deliver sustainable business value and are successfully embedded into organizational operating rhythms.

What will you do?
Program Leadership, Governance & Delivery
Own end-to-end delivery of complex global Procurement Enablement programs from initiation through sustainment
Define program structure, governance models, operating cadence, and success metrics
Lead integrated program planning across multiple workstreams, managing scope, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
Drive execution rigor, decision discipline, andtimelyescalation when outcomes are at risk
Apply PPI / Lean Six Sigma principles to improve execution velocity, consistency, and scalability
Enterprise Initiative Execution
Lead execution of enterprise Procurement initiatives aligned to operational, digital, process improvement, and transformation priorities
Partner with Procurement and cross-functional business leaders to drive alignment, execution, and measurable business outcomes
Maintain clear visibility to program progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery health
Provide leadership with concise, fact-based insights into program performance, risks, and outcomes
Support implementation of scalable processes, governance standards, and operational best practices
Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Trade Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Sustainability
Influence priorities, commitments, and outcomes without direct authority in a highly matrixed environment
Facilitate decision-making where functionalobjectives, timelines, or constraints conflict
Act as an integrator between strategy owners and execution teams to ensure alignment and momentum
Tracking, Reporting & Enablement
Establish andmaintainenterprise-level program tracking, reporting, and executive communication
Drive transparency on delivery health, risks, and outcomes to enable proactive leadership decisions
Own enablement and change management approaches to embed resiliency programs into standard operating rhythms
Capture and institutionalize lessons learned to continuously strengthen execution maturity
How will you get here?
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or Science (MBA preferred)
7+ years of experience leading global or enterprise programs in Procurement or Supply Chain environments
Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior-level visibility
Hands-on practitioner experience in sourcing, supplier management, or operations strongly preferred
Experience in regulated, global, orhighly complexoperating environments preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong enterprise program leadership and governance capabilities
Proven ability to execute in ambiguity and drive outcomes
PPI / Lean Six Sigma experience (certification preferred)
Exceptional influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Ability to connect executiondetailto enterprise business outcomes
Comfortable operating independently with high accountability and visibility
Proficiencywith MS Office and program tracking tools
Willingness to travel 10–30% annually
