Strategic / Managerial Responsibilities
▪ Enhance the Private Bank client value proposition to boost client acquisition and retention, thereby increasing portfolio size and wallet share.
▪ Onboard and sustain strategic partnerships, concierge services, and vendors.
▪ Develop targeted campaigns to stimulate portfolio growth and market penetration.
▪ Create a comprehensive lifestyle events calendar.
▪ Establish a marketing and communications schedule.
Core Responsibilities
▪ Oversee the management of YES PRIVATE Program initiatives.
▪ Keep the competition benchmarking tracker current.
▪ Design campaigns and develop marketing materials such as brochures, pitchbooks, and handbooks.
▪ Monitor and track CVP enablers and event monetization from start to finish.
▪ Ensure the CVP aligns with industry standards.
▪ Prepare training materials for frontline staff and presentations for senior management.
▪ Monitor and process vendor payments.
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, legal, compliance, wealth management, cards, and liability product teams—for strategic initiatives.
▪ Provide frontline training regarding program initiatives.
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities
▪ Exhibit exemplary behavior adhering to the group’s code of conduct.
▪ Maintain stringent governance practices and proactively communicate potential risks to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
▪ Possess knowledge of the regulatory and legal frameworks related to banking and investment products and processes.
▪ Identify and manage risks associated with program products and processes.
▪ Comply with internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and systems, covering operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational, and audit risks.
