Hicksville, NY 11801The Program Manager - Prepaid Debit Card and Digital Disbursement will be a key member of the Institutional Banking Solutions group, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic execution of the prepaid debit card and digital disbursement program. This role includes full lifecycle program management—from implementation and launch to ongoing execution, operational optimization, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The Program Manager will serve as a liaison between internal departments, third-party vendors, and clients to ensure programs are running efficiently and meeting both business and regulatory expectations.
