Project Manager, Global Programs – Remote (United States)
Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale capital programs across multiple concurrent projects. The successful candidate will act as an extension of the client's project team, providing leadership, coordination, governance, and oversight throughout the program lifecycle, from initiation and planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
The Project Manager will be responsible for establishing strong stakeholder relationships, managing program governance processes, maintaining schedule and budget oversight, coordinating procurement activities, facilitating communication across partner teams, and driving successful project outcomes. This role requires a highly organized professional who can operate in a fast-paced environment, balance competing priorities, and deliver consistent results across multiple programs simultaneously.
The position will support cross-functional teams including design, engineering, construction, procurement, project controls, commissioning, and operations stakeholders. The Project Manager will provide program-level reporting, risk management, issue resolution, schedule monitoring, and change management while helping ensure alignment with project objectives, quality standards, budget requirements, and delivery milestones.
This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders. The Project Manager will identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, support decision-making processes, coordinate project reviews and governance gates, and provide leadership in driving program execution.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in construction, infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, industrial, technology, or large capital project environments and demonstrates the ability to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and contractors. Travel may be required to support key project milestones, stakeholder meetings, and program execution activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated project management professional to contribute to high-profile programs while working within a collaborative and globally connected delivery environment.
