We are looking to hire a Program Manager to manage the whole program, end to end including territory, account package, reviews, dashboards, win strategy etc. with heavy focus on strategic planning and program management execution activities to ensure growth in accounts

We are looking for a broad set of mandatory prior experiences project management skills, and a process improvement mindset and preferred selling experience in some or other form. You will have experience in sales, building complex plans and coordinating many project stakeholders while collaborating with account managers across territories.

You will report to the Director, Commercial Operations, Asia Pacific and have a hybrid schedule working across India locations, Gurgaon, Noida, Pune or Bangalore or Shanghai, China.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You should be able to consolidate and help execution of the Strategic Account Management (SAM) Program.

    Keep the SAM packages current with the ongoing changes (attrition/account package changes etc.) and highlight any major variances and provide quarterly update.

    Build and maintain performance dashboards, perform analytics and provide insights.

    Build hierarchy and drive review cadence with various internal stakeholders Leadership Team/RVP’s/Regional Directors/Industry and OEM/sales.

Enable SAMs and help establish trust

  • Deliver SAM onboarding as required.
  • Continue improvise existing tools on pending points of the review cadences and track closure.
  • Conduct quarterly checks with SAMs on what’s working well and what needs improvement and provide guidance, provide updates to leadership.
  • Prioritize resolution to challenges faced by SAMs like SIP/ performance data/success stories etc.

Be single point with global/AP industry and commercial Ops on engagement (promote/demote) regarding SAMs.

  • Proactively track all significant opportunities and associated risks associated with SAM’s and share in advance with Sales leadership.
  • Manage all aspects of the program from Engagement, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling to closing.
  • Measure Success by customer experience feedback and the program delivery timeline.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • Full time bachelor’s or master’s degree,
  • Minimum of 3 years’ related experience in Program Management.
  • Proven ability to influence.
  • Advanced English level, written and spoken.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or formal training in Project Management is desirable.
  • Approximately 10 years of relevant commercial and commercial operations experience.
  • Experience in business-to-business commercial roles, preferably sales.
  • Collaborative style, which can drive consensus across indirect reporting lines and peer groups.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Lean six sigma certification or willing to get trained.
