Who You Are
The primary role of the New Product Introduction (NPI) program manager is to manage the program responsible for delivering agreed upon products through the various business units and through to release. This is primarily regarding the tasks involved through Phase 2-5 in the DIRTT product roadmap framework. The NPI program manager will work closely with the identified task owners to come to timeline expectations and overall cadence of gate reviews.
Day-to-day will be project management of these initiatives as they move through the program. In addition, the NPI manager is responsible for improving the program where opportunities arise. The NPI program manager will integrate and communicate between DIRTT’s business units. The management of this program will allow for quick risk evaluation and the identification of roadblocks to delivery commitments. This is a critical role for DIRTT to execute on socialized commitments and move workflows through to completion.
