As the Vice President in Program Management and Metrics Governance, you will track and monitor program progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives. Within this role, you will communicate program status, risks, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders. You will develop and maintain efficient reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and project roadmaps. Additionally, you will manage the takedown of the analytics application and migrate data to the strategic data lake, including dataset mapping and roadmap execution. You will oversee and promote the JIRA process for program tracking and issue management. Leading the intake, prioritization, and tracking of governance and project-related requests will be a key responsibility. You will own end-to-end metrics reporting to F&BM, including QC, validation with metric owners, and change management tracking. Establishing robust metrics governance and data sourcing contracts with lines of business to ensure accuracy and accountability is essential. You will promote process enhancements and automation, including template upgrades, testing, dashboard delivery, and KPI refinements. Partnering across Operations, Transformation, Product Development, and Securities Services CDAO to define analytics requirements, generate MI/reporting, and communicate insights effectively will be crucial.
