The Program Manager (PM) of the Maui Safe House Program is a full time, exempt position. The program provides a structured long term residential services for adolescent male residents. The program also collaborates with other agencies and resources within its community. Services and activities are developed to support the specific needs of the youths in placement at the Safe House program. The PM is responsible for the overall management of the Maui Safe House program. Through the essential functions described in this Job Description, the PM maintains the program’s contractual and licensing requirements, and facility standards. The PM is also responsible to recruit, train, develop and supervise staff members of the program, and will work with its employees to ensure the safety of residents in the program, and that resident’s service goals are met. The PM is supervised by the Executive Director.

OF WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Most work will be indoors at Family Intervention Services. Attendance at trainings, both in Hawaii and on the mainland, may be required.
