
Program Manager, Market Operations & Plant Data
Location: Houston, TX
The Program Manager, Market Operations & Plant Data is responsible for coordinating PJM testing activities, maintaining generation and cost‑related datasets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting commercial, environmental, and plant operations. This position plays a key role in accurate PJM submissions, cost adder calculations, fuel and inventory reconciliation, reliability reporting, and plant data governance. The role requires strong analytical skills, coordination with multiple plant and corporate teams, and a deep commitment to accuracy and compliance.
