We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager, Manufacturing & Operations to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide ERP implementation within a high-tech manufacturing environment. This role serves as a critical bridge between the ERP Program Management Office (PMO) and Manufacturing & Operations stakeholders, ensuring alignment between program objectives and operational needs across planning, production, supply chain, and quality functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the ERP PMO and Manufacturing & Operations, translating business requirements into program deliverables and technical solutions.
  • Partner with functional leaders (e.g., production, supply chain, engineering, quality) to understand current processes, identify gaps, and drive ERP-enabled process improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and day-to-day coordination to ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and prioritized.
  • Ensure Manufacturing & Operations readiness by supporting change management activities, including communications, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor program progress against manufacturing-related milestones, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and issues; drive mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning activities, ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption to production.
  • Advocate for standardization and best practices while balancing the unique needs of a high-tech manufacturing environment (e.g., complex BOMs, traceability, regulatory requirements).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in relevant field (e.g. Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT or other related technical field
  • 7+ years of experience in ERP implementations, PMO roles, or manufacturing operations in a high-tech or discrete manufacturing environment
  • Substantial, multi-year S4 Hana implementation and deployment experience
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing & Operations processes (e.g., production planning, MRP, shop floor execution, supply chain)
  • Proven ability to translate between business and technical teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with large-scale transformation programs and structured delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, hybrid, or waterfall)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • International matrix organization experience
  • This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who can balance strategic program objectives with practical operational realities, ensuring successful ERP adoption and business value realization.
  • Willing to work onsite - Laguna and Cavite.
